9/11 Commission Advising That National Security Adviser
Condoleezza Rice Will Give Sworn Testimony To The Panel,
But Only On Condition That The Committee Agrees In Writing
That 1) This Does Not Set A Precedent For "Testimony
By A National Security Adviser Or Any Other White House
Official;" And 2) "That It Will Not Request Additional Public
Testimony From Any White House Official, Including Dr. Rice."
